 History: 24-year-old QH broodmare used to baby-sit the farm weanling. This mare developed chronic diarrhea for a 6-month period. Normal blood workups, dental care, parasite control, fecal analysis, along with dietary changes have not diagnosed or alleviated the clinical signs of diarrhea.
